We advocate actively for the dignity, quality of life & quality of care for all residents in long-term care facilities.


Our vision is that residents of long-term care facilities in Alameda County are cared for by committed, well-trained staff, in safe, comfortable and loving environments.


We cherish our Ombudsmen, fully and faithfully support all residents, and work positively with all community stakeholders.
